Excellent central heating engineers. Keith and John fitted our new Worcester combi boiler. Everything works brilliantly and we have the peace of mind knowing Keith and John will service our boiler every 12 months to ensure our 10 year guarantee is maintained.Because Keith is an accredited Worcester Bosch fitter, this means we get the full 10-year guarantee, as opposed to the shorter 7-year one if we had used a non-accredtied fitter. This is a very important point to consider when choosing your central heating engineer.

Keith replaced a 19 year old oil-fired boiler with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar Heatslave 18/25 combi boiler along with the necessary pipework and accessories. He also fitted an Aqualisa Digital high pressure shower.His quotation provided a detailed schedule of the work involved and a time-frame for undertaking it.Keith and John were thoroughly professional in every respect, including punctuality, and the work was completed satisfactorily as expected of an OFTEC registered tradesman.The old boiler and associated components were removed from the premises as promised and, given the amount of soot and dust generated by the old boiler, it was a remarkably clean job.Keith willingly answered questions and gave a thorough run down of the workings of the new system as well as organizing the guarantee with Worcester Bosch.

Keith came out at a moments notice, rang to say he was on his way and how long he’d be. When he arrived he was very professional and fixed the boiler no problem, he told me exactly what the problem was and went about fixing it. Stayed until I was happy and had heating and hot water. Keith is our go-to for any plumbing work after he did the initial service on the boiler when we first moved in about 5 years ago and advised us that it was old and inefficient but didn't pressure us to change it. Since then he has installed new radiators, installed a new boiler when the one we 'inherited' finally died of old age, and he has just finished a complete refurbishment of our cloakroom. Will have no hesitation in going back to him for our next plumbing project.

In October this year Keith & Team replaced our existing Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30SI boiler with a new Greenstar 8000 Life 35kW. Keith has been servicing our boiler for a few years and our boiler needed replacing after 20+ years usage for us. I called Keith when our boiler broke to come to quote for a new one, Keith never left his details for me to call him so I could inform him that we had this fixed and we didn't need him to quote any more. Because I couldn't contact him,he turned up at my address. We noticed that some radiators were not working so called Teresa at the office at 4pm on Thursday - 8.45am Friday Keith was here for an hour going round the house balancing out the radiators as they are obviously full of muck - this was very succesful and we now have our radiators working and Keith said they would flush the system on our first service. His team were punctual,fitted the boiler leaving a good finish and a tidy room.At the end of the installation, they realised that it would be better to extend the flue and they ordered the additional part. These guys were brilliant. Pre install discussions made sure we knew what the options were, exactly what they would be doing, positioning of pipework, radiators etc. Forewarned us of potential problems they might find once the foor boards were up. Recently had a boiler replaced by Keith Barrow and was pleased with the result. I wanted the boiler relocated during the installation and was pleased that Keith actively listened whilst I shared my thoughts then made suggestions how to better hide the pipework. Found Keith to be professional and easy to get on with. Will definitely use Keith Barrow again.
